Step one: Schedule your get started session

Let’s choose the best time and day that works best for you. Our admin will text or email you to answer any questions you may have and confirm your session.

Step Two: ATTENDING YOUR GET STARTED SESSION

Durning this session, we will work with you to clarify your goals, understand where you are at today and plan out where you want to go with your fitness. And yes, you will work out on this day so make sure to bring your workout gear.

Step Three: ATTENDING YOU FIRST KRANK SESSION

After you complete your Get Started session, you and your coach will discuss your training program for the next 14 days. Pick a schedule and stick to the plan.

Step three: Commit to the right program for you and begin your journey

Your coach will work with you to create a simple plan to move your forward towards your goals. The training begins 2-4 days a week and involves habits changes to make the nutrition and lifestyle changes to move you forward.
Ongoing you will meet with your coach every 4-6 weeks to hold you accountable and provide support to reach your goals and set new ones.
